Data processed and purposes
- The Morning Measure newsletter: email address, on the basis of your consent, to send the newsletter. The newsletter is running; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact forms: name, email address and message, to answer your request (legitimate interest).
- Strictly-necessary trackers: language preference and cookie consent state, without prior consent as exempt.
- Server logs: IP addresses and technical data, for site security and operation (legitimate interest).
No advertising trackers and no third-party audience measurement are currently set on this site.

Cross-border transfers
Data is processed in Switzerland. Any transfer to third countries will happen only with the safeguards the nLPD requires; destination countries will be listed here.
Retention periods
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn, then at most 3 years of inactivity.
- Contact messages: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Cookie consent state: 6 months.
- Server logs: 12 months.
